「The room was spacious, and provides was a complimentary breakfast and beverages to drink. The ensuite is a nice large size. Car parking can be a bit of a squeeze if there are guests with cars staying in all of the flats. There was good friendly communication with the owner most of the time. The WiFi was working, but for some reason not the smart TV. Maybe a previous guest messed it up. The house is on a good bus route, with a stop across the road and regular buses into Derby city...

「What an apartment! I was so worried about coming here! My husband was admitted to hospital while on holiday and this was the only affordable place I could find, I thought for the price it would be a dump but how shocked was I? It was amazing, so clean and so big. It is located right in the centre and surrounded by shops and cafes. We’ve had the best stay in the worst circumstances and I would 100% recommend! Me and my son felt safe due to the locked gate then locked outside door!」

「The check in was fairly simple with the codes sent via messages. There was nobody at the property whilst we were there if we did have a problem. Parking is good. The room was advertised to have included breakfast, which was supposed to be a food hut outside, however this was closed on the day went to have breakfast there. The room was really hot as it doesn't have air conditioning. It's alright for a cheap stay on business but in hindsight would have gone for a different budget hotel.」

「I stayed in this hotel room and it was ridiculously hot to the point of being unbearable. The air conditioning either didn’t work or was completely ineffective, and the room felt like a sauna all night. I wasn’t able to sleep at all, which completely ruined my stay. For the price I paid, this is unacceptable. I would not recommend staying here until they fix their temperature control issues.」
