“Property was nice, good value for the money. We were there on a very warm day and it was difficult to cool the house out at night. A fan would’ve been nice. Listing on VRBO indicated there was a clothes dryer. There was not. We contacted the property manager regarding this, and he assisted us in finding a way to dry our clothes. The refrigerator was not working and the property manager was unable to get a repairman there on a Sunday evening but offered to reimburse us for ice. It is a lovely……

“Positives: The 3 apartments are newly decorated so they are clean, fresh and stylish. Great position, quiet spot but quickly into town. Negatives: As a whole house, the appearance is only let down by the office like industrial stairs and the layout of the ground floor flat, requiring access to the courtyard rear via a bedroom.A huge disappointment was the 2 hosts turning up at the property during our stay to sort bins, something in the porch and requesting access to wash their hands. Never have……

“We were extremely disappointed with this property and left the same night without staying due to hygiene, safety and communication issues. On arrival it was clear the villa hadn’t been properly cleaned. Bedding appeared unchanged with blonde hairs on pillows and sheets, plates and cutlery were greasy, the cutlery drawer had crumbs, cupboards contained tins covered in mould, and there were cobwebs in the living area. In the pool room, a banner from previous guests was still on the mirror and toys……
