"I loved and will go back "

"I was quite surprised because the room looked very different from the photos. When I checked in, some towels had visible stains, and I found about five different types of hair on the bedsheets, which was very upsetting. Also, I understand it was a Friday night, but the soundproofing was non-existent. I had to deal with loud music from downstairs until past 2 AM. While the location is great, I’d recommend spending a bit more to stay at a well-known hotel chain instead. Definitely not worth the price.""

"Clean, quiet, comfortable housing in NYC. And the rooftop lounge with free coffee was great."

"Reception was excellent. I had a corner room which was large and clean, comfortable bed, however there was only 1 towel, dingy and bare and 1 washcloth. There is no dresser, only a closet with a safe and hangers. The closet light does not have a switch to turn it off, so I had to close the door at night. Also, the coffee maker was sitting on an old cooler that was not cold and the light flickered. Doors slamming all night, but it’s a hotel, so expected."

"Good location but no frills. No coffee or kettle in the room. Very small bathroom with shelf hanging over the sink that made it difficult to wash up. Charged $4/bag to hold them for a few hours after checkout. $15 credit at the market was a nice perk though. "

"The bathroom was dirty and we weren’t able to adjust the temperature and so we had to leave at 1am because it was unbearably hot. I would not recommend this hotel and will be seeking a refund. "
