“What a great property! We walked to the slopes, ski rental, and town! The unit is very spacious and comfortable, and has a nice view of the mountain. Check in was super easy, and the underground parking (for one vehicle) was very nice. We will try to stay here again on our next ski trip!”

“Lovely home in a great spot and quiet neighborhood. Tons of space, easy access with coded entries to garage, front door, and lower entryway. Summit Rentals was responsive to questions and maintenance requests as well. Hot tub was great, perfect for the cool summer nights in Breckenridge. The kitchen was well stocked, and served all the cooking needs we had. Easy access to hiking and biking trails too.”

“Great ski in/ski out location. Thoughtful amenities. Would stay again. As others have indicated, the internet is not able to support work video call level and is a little spotty, but it's good enough for basic needs. Hot tub is great as is the fully stocked kitchen. Communication from property managers is fantastic.”

“The view was spectacular! The unit was very clean with everything you would expect & more. Our 2 teenage girls liked having their own bathrooms. We enjoyed the hot tub & master bathtub. Location was perfect next to a walking path along a stream. Silverthorne is a lovely town with everything you could want. One thing I would suggest is to mention the portable air conditioning unit that is in the upstairs closet in the welcome book. The showers take a couple minutes for the water temperature……

“This is a nice property for a multigenerational gathering. Plenty of room and things to keep active teenage boys busy. We had everything we needed, as in the kitchen was well stocked with various cookware and utensils. Sheets, blankets and pillows were fine, comfortable beds, and quiet neighborhood with easy access to the bus.The one aspect I did not realize, were all the stairs. “This 4-bedroom townhome was absolutely perfect for our group of co-workers who were in Keystone for an event, everyone had plenty of personal room and the location was a minutes' walk to the main area of River Run. We rented during the summer but if you're a mountain biker or skier this is location is perfect to catch a lift up the mountain and come back into town for Apres. “We absolutely loved our townhome in Breckenridge! The location is fantastic, only 4-5min walk to downtown. The home was extremely clean and exactly as pictured. I can’t say enough about how well equipped the kitchen was. It had absolutely everything you may need and more! The bedrooms were so nicely decorated and so comfortable as well!
