「寝具包括枕头太软没有硬一点的枕头，被子太厚不透气，因为这些原因没有睡好，如果能注意一下就更好了。还有洗澡水有点忽冷忽热。 服务人员的服务非常好，热心的帮我拿雪具到门口还指路怎么走到缆车，寄雪具的服务生服务也很好很耐心。」

「酒店工作人员服务热情，给人感觉良好。酒店与租雪具的商店相邻，租的用具和自带用具交给工作人员，他们就会送到缆车站旁的存放点，自己穿着平常衣服到那再换非常方便，那里还免费提供高品质的防晒霜，工作人员很专业，基本的需求不用说他们都会主动提出。」

「This hotel is located right next to the highway so you do hear cars all nights. They were completely booked when we got there so there were a lot of people there. After a long day or traveling, there was no hot shower. Talk to the hotel staff they said they were working on it. Still no hot water the next morning. Staff said sorry we are working on it and that’s it! If you want quiet, comfortable bed and hot shower! DO NOT COME HERE !」

「Lovely stay, location can’t be beat! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms have been renovated in an older building. Only complaint was you could hear any noise in the hallway including speaking voices and doors. Would stay again.」

「Surprised by the $20 fee to park. Nothing else around. Parking lot was mostly empty. Went there in the summer, not ski season」

「You can't put lipstick on a pig. This is a very old property that some updating has been done but mostly to the common areas. Although the room seemed clean, the carpet looked worn and dirty. Opening the window was difficult and something I wished I had gloves on before I touched it. The location is great.」

「I loved this hotel. It's very clean and smells wonderful. It was great to be able to open the windows and get the cool mountain air in the evening. It's very quiet and the breakfast is wonderful. Lovely, helpful staff and good location. Close to shopping and lots of fun activities.」
