「This is such a nice and quaint hotel, and I love all the courtyards.. The location is ideal! The staff is very nice and helpful. The only down sides that I had experienced, my room was directly next to the housekeeping supply closet, and they woke me up every morning at seven banging around and I kept hearing them for about an hour. On the other side of the supply closet for them was the elevator so then I kept hearing the elevator ding as well. But I only heard the elevator really in the...

「We were traveling and a stop in New Orleans wasn’t planned therefore we made no reservations. The hotel staff was so kind and accommodating. We were with another couple so we tried for adjoining rooms. None were available but the two staff members worked together to get us all check in and rooms in close proximity.」

「great place, everyone is happy and helpful. even on raining days they offer umbrella to keep dry. staff always had a smile on their face. place is very clean. enjoy a refreshing drink at the carousel with great atmosphere.」

「The FMI enjoys a very convenient location in the French quarter at a generally affordable price. The architecture style is french with big windows and lovely courtyard quiet in a short distance away from the hustling streets outside. The manager and frontdesk people are all very nice dealing with unexpected situation in a very prompt manner. There is cable TV in the room. The AC works very well. The window view is pleasant.」
