“The good: Beautiful views and right on the beach. Floor plan is creepy. The “first floor tenant” has direct access to our living area on the second floor at all times. There is a camera in the hallway. The hot tub was filthy and a serious hazard for children. Fine if it’s out of service but then drain and cover it. The Keurig coffee maker doesn’t work. Only two coffee mugs in the kitchen WiFi signal does not reach to the bedrooms. A lot of potential but for this price frankly I expect more. ”

“Amin's apt was clean, well-furnished, conveniently located, well air-conditioned. When it turned out that he couldn't show up to meet me when I arrived, he sent rather cryptic instructions about how to gain access that delayed me for 45 minutes or so. That was not a good start. But after that, everything was fine.”

“Our host Muny was very responsive to our questions. The check in & check out directions were simple & clear. The location was very safe and we felt very safe walking to the Savin red T- stop even at night. The apartment is on the 3rd floor and the stairs are narrow. We did not have any problems with it at all but want to tell other guests if they have mobility issues.The inside of the apartment is quite spacious. We had plenty of room for 4 people and there is a trundle bed for 2 more guests to……

“Ethan is a warm, welcoming and responsive host. We have stayed in many vacation homes throughout the country and world and my husband kept commenting how much he felt at home here. The space is large, immaculate and warm. Walking distance to a lovely market and town, yet quiet. Neighbors are quiet and friendly. The home has everything you need, and check in is simple with a friendly and accomodating host. I would highly recommend!”
