「The hotel was actually a nice experience. The breakfast buffet was basic and there weren’t many amenities but the staff were friendly and the room was very clean and aesthetically pleasing.」

「Fairly new hotel on the north side of Carlsbad. Rooms clean and comfortable, hot and cold breakfast items. Everything works, would definitely stay here again. However, if you want to be close to the Caverns, this is a little farther away.」

「Breakfast was great! Eggs, bacon, sausage, oatmeal, waffles, toast, coffee, etc. April checked us in with a very welcoming smile. Room was cozy and ckean. Beds were comfy. Pricecwas great 」

「Reserve por expedía y compre el seguro (siempre lo hago) y descubrí que no sirve para nada. Tuve un inconveniente y no pude llegar esa noche, el personal del hotel no me quiso ayudar, no solicité la devolución del dinero sólo pedía que me dieran una habitación al día siguiente incluso de menor costo pero se negaron (si había habitaciones) la Srita de recepción se negó a ayudarme. Expedía dijo que si se habría podido hacer algo si el hotel hubiera accedido. 」

「I loved my stay a the lodge in cloudcroft, it was awesome. Friendly and helpful staff, Clean rooms and bathrooms and alot to look at and explore. The restaurant unfortunately was not within my budget so we had to pickup dinner, but the complementary breakfast was good. In all my stay was well worth it and I look forward to staying at the lodge in the future.」
