「Absolutely disgraceful. Our room was completely buried in sand after the storm, luggage, belongings, everything coated. We spent hours cleaning them piece by piece. Management’s response? Nothing. No room change. No refund. No compensation whatsoever. This is beyond unacceptable, it’s negligent.」

「Amazingly vast and delicious breakfast. Great ski valet and a short walk across the street to the village gondola. Staff were excellent and always helpful. Pool/spa were excellent. Our room was a unique high efficiency bunk system that did not have much common space for our family but we utilized the lobby level “living room” space for gatherings and meeting with friends. 」
