Lovely week at this rental

Worked Out Perfectly!

We have been coming to the Cape Columbus Day Weekend for 29 years. Too many of us to all fit in our family member’s home right around the corner. This house worked out perfectly! Clean, spacious and a great location! We will be back!

A very basic rental

This property is accessed via a steep driveway. With no central air - just window units in bedrooms and the very hot weather we experienced, the indoor temperature was very uncomfortable. There is minimal kitchen cupboard storage if you were planning to eat/cook at the house. We found the house to be rather tired looking and in need of updating to bring it up to their description ‘Life truly is as good as it can get when you spend your vacation in this bright and spacious home’.

We loved the cottage and location. The upstairs was perfect for our 4 seniors who will be heading off to college soon. We enjoyed beach hopping and exploring the area!

Family vacation

The place is nice but pricey. Whenever our grandson(10 years old) visited, he was excited to play ping pong in the basement. However, the second floor bedrooms had no doors which was inconvenient. It would have been nice to have “grab bars” in the showers for safety. Online listing was misleading to say that beaches were in walking distance. The closest one was about two miles away and the roads weren’t pedestrian friendly. However, we enjoyed taking walks in this quiet peaceful & friendly neighborhood.
