“Ryan was a fabulous host. The home was perfect and his communication was spot on. Beds were excellent and the home looked like it was just recently remodeled. Showers were very roomy and water pressure is superb. We didn’t bring our dog but the large yard would have been perfect. Laundry room is nice with newer machines. Next time we are in Augusta this will be our first choice for sure. Checkout instructions were very simple and wasn’t very much work. Thanks Ryan for hosting us!”

“The rental itself is beautiful - well maintained, very spacious, and thoughtfully designed inside. There are a few things future guests may want to know:• There are no hangers in the closets, so bring your own if you plan to hang clothing.• The refrigerator water dispenser was not working during our stay, so we purchased bottled water.• The couch is not especially sturdy or comfortable and feels more like a futon.• The electronic lock system is convenient, though an additional interior locking……
