"No complaints other than the one dark haired woman with the heavy accent. I’ve stayed here several times and each time this woman has either questioned if I’m a guest or has given me a hard time about my service animal. This one specific time I offered to present documentation for the animal and she refused to see it. She then proceeded to ask me what the service animal was for. I told her I have the animal for medical reasons and she’s asked, “for alerting”, I answered yes and she proceeded with questions, explaining to me that she is allowed to ask two questions. Not only did she refuse to see documentation that was OFFERED to her but I answered all of her questions. There was no reason for her to become argumentative. If documentation is offered and refused, that should really be the end of it. "

"The room was very clean and pleasant , anything that I needed either soap , cups , ice or anything I needed was readily available or immediately filled per request , staff was super friendly and super knowledgeable on anything asked pertaining to the hotel or things that may be happening in the area , 24 hour snack area which sold snacks and drinks at the front desk was a definite plus not having to leave anywhere to buy snacks if only wanted to buy a couple items having a gym there was also a plus but all and all was a great stay and great experience and would decently stay again "
