「Staff were very friendly and inviting. Hotel has suffered damage to the pool area and outside area. They are actively working on the repairs. Room was clean and stocked well. Would stay here again. 」

「It's not the highest but not lowest. The rooms were fine we were next to the pool that was bad but holiday weekend lots of kids. We stayed because it was walking distance to the ocean center. Grandkids graduating. The place next door had great food. All in all not a bad place 」

「The hotel has everything you need on vacation」

「Our room was located in front of the elevator and ice machine. We heard ice dropping all night long as well as people in the hallway that sounded like they were in our room. Only one pool was available due to renovations and we were alerted after the reservation. Smooth check in. 」

「The property was comfortable and clean, the staff was friendly and helpful; however, I wished I had been told there would be a fee for parking upon checking in vs checking out!」

「2 night stay. Easy check in via text and lockbox. Kitchen equipped enough to cook anything. A/C worked well, pool was nice. Not many people staying these 2 days so it was nice and quiet. The only downfall was the furniture in common area. Old, stained and nasty. Sat on our own fold out chairs. Replace that gross furniture and this is a returnable property!」

「Beautiful view」

「Had a wonderful time at New Smyrna Waves. Our unit was clean and perfect for our girls' weekend. We felt safe and were able to walk to a restaurant right near us or take a 10 minute drive to many other restaurants. The pool was awesome (so clean for being right on the beach!). The area was very quiet at night. Would highly recommend New Smyrna Waves」

「It was as advertised except listed 2 bedroom with 2 bath. There is only one bath. Another shower is available in another building.」

「It was a beautiful little condo. Nothing fancy but for my boyfriend and i it was perfect. Came with 2 beds and a small tv. It was right outside the pool area which was actually really nice and a little pourch of your own. Glad we booked with coastal waters. Thank you for a nice stay.」

「Family gathering it was just what we needed」

「My husband and I had a WONDERFUL trip to New Smyrna Beach and stayed here for almost 2 full weeks. We could walk to Canal Street and access back to Flagler or the beach was easy using the Causeway. We brought our dog and using our truck as the "fourth fence" were able to enjoy evenings with him in the backyard. Owner was very responsive! This is definitely a "home" rental, not just a house!」
