「Do not book with this hotel or use this app! My experience was terrible, and everything was very poorly organised. I had to wait outside for around 15 minutes, received no confirmation email, and had to make extra phone calls at my own expense. When I finally got a room, the bed smelled horrible, and I did not feel comfortable or safe. What disappointed me the most was Expedia’s customer service. When things went wrong, I expected them to help me find a fair solution, but they refused to give...

「Amazing location right next to Wembley Stadium I highly suggest staying here plenty of room 」

「Host very welcoming, room clean and suitable for a family of 3. No problems with a shared bathroom. Only a 5 minute walk to the station, and very easy access to Wembley Park (also helps that you go away from the majority of the crowd in the station when leaving 👍). Would stay again.」

「Big room and good mattress only」

While waiting for the rooms, we visited the restaurant at the lobby for buffet breakfast for 21GBP but was told that if I booked the night before, it would only cost 18GBP. Well, the rigidity of the staff clouded the judgement that we have not got the room to ask for an advance booking for the breakfast buffet. Wish...

The hotel is in a great location, very close to the train station and extremely convenient. However, the room condition and housekeeping fell short of expectations: The curtains could not be closed properly, affecting both privacy and light blockage. The floor mat near the entrance and bathroom was torn/damaged. The bathrobes in the wardrobe...

「Convenient location, nicely appointed room.」
