Lovely place to stay, easy access many places
Lovely place to stay, overlooking the Race course /golf course, very nice house. The Breakfasts were wonderful plenty of choice, the hosts were friendly and helpful, Would definitely stay again.

We were met by the owner no problem to check in at 11am.took us to our room showed us were the breakfast room was ,lovely view from the big bay windows over the horse racing and golf course were made to feel welcome.would certainly recommend to anyone.

Thank you for enjoyable first visit to Musselburgh. We had a great stay, and much appreciated the option of early check in and late check out. East Coast restaurant recommendation for dinner was excellent too.

Beautiful Arden House ..not to be missed ...
We had an amazing stay at Arden House and would return in a heartbeat.The house is beautifully presented ..comfortable and a home from home .Kevin our host made us very welcome .....ensuring we had all that we needed giving us local information for restaurants etc.We would thoroughly recommend this accomodation for proximity to the Racecourse which is just opposite and to the local bus service to Edinburgh .Musselburgh itself is within walking distance . So glad we found Arden House ....we will return .

A beautiful old property having many of the original features. Very clean and comfortable. Our hosts were most welcoming and their local knowledge was very helpful.

The owners were incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast was way above expectations. We were even given a ride to the train for the next leg of our journey Highly recommended-we would definitely stay there again

We were incredibly lucky to find Arden House for our short stay in Edinburgh. Our hosts were very friendly and thoughtful providing loads of assistance from where to eat and how to catch public transport. Their quality of service was exceptional. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Great breakfast. Arden House was easy to locate. We were certainly not disappointed on any aspect of our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

This was our first time in Scotland and the owners were incredibly helpful and attentive. The property is small but with private baths and a wonderful breakfast. The major bus stop into Edinburgh was right outside the front door. It was approximately 40 minutes and cost under 2 pounds. My husband and I really enjoyed ourselves and are hoping to return next year.

The owners were extremely friendly and helpfull. They were very knowledgeable about the area and able to advise about where to walk and eat. From the arrival greeting to departure they were very attentive. The room was spotless and an excellent choice at breakfast.

Property located in a beutifull enviornment. 20 minutes drive to the city of Edinburgh and other tourist sight seing locations. Space and room arrangement is exellent. Breakfast is divine. Alice and Kevin were very helpfull and friendly. Worth for the price charged. Highly recomend for a multiday family outing. Dr. Imesh and family

Property is in a beautiful location overlooking the racecourse. The couple who own the hotel were very friendly and couldn't be more helpful. They were genuinely interested in our plans and took time out of their day to chat and offer local advice. There was nothing I didn't like about our stay.

A lovely guest house with direct links to Edinburgh centre. Alice our host couldn't do enough for us, opening when they were closed. Breakfasts were continental style (fresh fruit, bread, cheese, ham, yoghurt, etc) and plentiful. Would recommend & stay again

Annual family trip to visit Edinburgh Christmas Markets. Alice and her husband were so welcoming and we felt if we had needed anything they would have tried to assist us. This is a stunning Victorian property which looks on to Musslebrough race course and beyond. We are a family of four and they provided two rooms with a private bathroom and separate w.c. Although not ensuite the separate bathrooms are for your use only so still felt private. Rooms were bright and well furnished. The beds were very comfortable and we all slept very well. Tea/coffee facilities in room. Wifi code provided and wi-fi speed good. Breakfast was continental but plenty of choice and again, Alice was very attentive and helpful. Would definitely recommend and hope to visit again. Hotel is located a few miles outside of Edinburgh but Edinburgh is easily accessible by train and there is a train station nearby.

Had a lovely couple of nights at this guest house. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable with views over Mussleburgh golf course and race course. The bus into Edinburgh stops right outside the door. The hosts are really friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend this guest house and look forward to staying again sometime.

The warmest host I've ever met in my life. The location is great - only a quick bus ride into Edinburgh (but also walkable) and the rooms had awesome views of the oldest golf course in the world. But back to the experience - the host not only helped us out in what sites to see, where to go, what to eat, but also lent me her husband's jacket because it was so cold out! She was genuinely excited about our day and we could've talked for hours.

Ein wirklich schönes B&B. Hell, freundlich eingerichtet, gutes Frühstück mit frischem Obst, Müsli, Brot, Käse, Wurst... Nette Gastgeber. Blick auf die Pferderennbahn und den Golfplatz.

Simply the best. Great location, the bus takes 30 minutes to get to Edinburgh. There’s a lovely bedroom and the area is quiet. The owners are fantastic. I definitely would come back. Oh, the breakfast is amazing.

Mycket trevlig värdinna på detta B&B. Mysigt trebädds-rum en trappa upp. Familjär internationell frukost som även erbjöd glutenfria flingor samt både laktosfri och mjölkfri "mjölk"-dryck. Egen nyckel så man kunde komma och gå som man ville. Rummet hade inte badrum/toalett utan vi fick gå tvärs över korridoren. Dock har de andra rummen egna badrum/toalett. Rummet vätte mot en trafikerad gata och även om trafiken var minimal nattetid så hörde man de fåtal bilar som passerade. Men vi sov trots det gott hela natten.

La mejor casa de huéspedes !
La mejor ubicación , frente el Primer golf del mundo . La casa es muy bonita , todo muy limpio . alice y su esposo son muy amables , nos ayudaron a cargar las maletas y nos dieron consejos de lugares donde comer y visitar No pudimos haber escogido mejor lugar Y el desayuno estuvo súper rico ! Con muchas Frutas ☺️ Sinceramente si algún día regreso a escocía , sin dudarlo me volvería a hospedar aquí ! También hay estacionamiento gratis frente la casa
