  • This is suitable for whole house ideally for families or travelling group who need individual rooms. This is a newly built clean and comfortable three bedroom furnished villa 3 miles from Edinburgh airport and 5 miles Edinburgh’s city centre. This is a quiet residential area next to South Gyle business park and very near Gyle shopping centre(under 0.5 mile). There are multiple allocated free parking spaces and the property can be a great place to stay for those visiting Edinburgh especially for anyone flying in and out of Edinburgh airport due to the close proximity. There is a restaurant about 200 metres and trendy bars and shops within a mile.

    Accommodation comprises of entrance hall with ample storage space, modern kitchen (gas hob, electric oven, fridge freezer, washer dryer & microwave). Master bedroom and double bed rooms have built in wardrobes.

    The property benefits from gas central heating, double glazed throughout and unallocated parking.
    The house consists of 1 king size bedroom, 1 double size bedroom and a single bedroom, one bathroom room with WC in the first floor(main bathroom with over the bath shower). The ground floor includes a living room, kitchen and a self contained shower with bath and WC and an entrance hallway. Small garden and parking is next to the garden.
