Serene and upscale oasis in the city

This was such a wonderful property for me and my family. The extra large sitting room was a lovely spot to sit and visit and the kitchen was well appointed. We felt at home and spoiled all at once. And of course it was an excellent location. Winner!

Great location

This apartment was beautiful...we loved it. Quite spaceous and well furnished and decorated. The location was wonderful with several pubs/restaurants located quite nearby along with grocery. The stairs leading up were known about ahead of time and easily climbed by the younger ones who helped out the older ones with luggage so not a problem. Easy in and easy out and right in the center of old town. Would highly recommend it to all.

Wonderful stay! Met my high standards, which is rare.

It’s clean, spacious, beautiful and has very nice high end finishing. It was clean and easy to feel like home. We loved the 3 bathrooms and their size was great for us. We appreciated large showers for Eu standards. The furniture was very comfortable and many high end finishing are throughout the property. The host was responsive and easy to work with. The kitchen is amazing- well stocked, large fridge/freezer, wonderful washer and dryer, a lovely large table. The design was also very nice. I loved the finishing and trim in the master. The only suggestions we can come up with took a lot of thinking- might be nice to have a shelf in the showers, the website you must use to preregistration after full payment was a bit unexpected as it went to spam and was cumbersome once I finally logged it, and the hall for the flat is a bit dark on the first floor. Parking in the area is expensive. It would be nice to be able to buy a residence pass for the week. We would definitely stay again if we wanted to be in the same location.

Beautifully clean and well-appointed apartment with a view of the Edinburgh Castle. This apartment is in the perfect location within walking distance to restaurants and tourist sites. The beds were warm and comfortable. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and we even received a welcome bottle of champagne and chocolate. We would recommend it to everyone! Perfect Edinburgh Getaway

This apartment was perfect for five women on holiday. The bedrooms, living room, and kitchen were all spacious and well-appointed. Located on a beautiful street, we were able to walk most everywhere including the market just 0.2 miles away. Please note that the apartment is located one floor up from the street with no lift available. That was not a problem for us, but be prepared to hoist your luggage one flight up a winding staircase.

Well appointed and a great neighborhood

Would highly recommend this apartment. It is so lovely and has everything you would need for your stay in Edinburgh. Very spacious and loved the 3 bed/bath layout. It’s quite pretty and located on a perfect street with a close walk to the castle.

Beautiful place

This three bedroom apartment located right across from the castle was a perfect location for our stay in Edinburgh. It was clean and being on the Second floor only a few stairs up for an easy access. Having the 2 1/2 bathrooms was nice for the four of us staying there. The linens and bedding were all high-quality and the apartment is well appointed and very tastefully done. It was an easy easy check in and easy checkout as well. Would highly recommend.

Excellent Flat in a Perfect Location

Needed a place for a week while my wife was as in Edinburgh on business and then a long weekend. Flat was spacious, well equipped and exactly what we needed in terms of a kitchen and common area. Location could not have been better. Central and walkable to everything you needed. Some street noise but part of the charm. Only items missing were umbrellas and electricity converters…we left both behind for the next guests. Overall, you cannot go wrong with this rental. Would stay again without hesitation.

We couldn’t be happier with the apartment. It is very roomy, clean, and up to date. The property managers and owners are lovely folks and very communicative. The check in process was a breeze. The location of the apartment is perfectly situated within walking distance of all the cool things in Edinburgh, the castle and Royal Mile. I highly recommend.

Perfectly Charming in Edinburgh

This was by far THE BEST VRBO we've stayed at over the years and across the globe. We had a lovely time together. The hosts were pleasant to communicate with when making arrangements. We had no troubles during our stay. The linens were high quality. A Christmas wreath on the entry door welcomed us as well as a charming Christmas tree twinkling in the sitting room. The location was perfect--quiet, yet within walking distance to places we visited. We hope to visit again!

Perfect for family vacation

Beautiful home and well taken care of. The rooms are all spacious and no expense was spared. Great location to walk around city and beautiful views of the castle. It's the little touches that stood out for me like coffee, snacks, champagne and chocolate - even had umbrellas to use. They thought of everything!

Perfect Week in Edinburgh

We just spent the best week in Edinburgh with 2 other couples. This flat was absolutely perfect for the 6 of us. The property manager introduced himself as soon as I made the booking and was very responsive to my questions. They allowed us to check in a bit early which was a very helpful so that we weren't lugging bags around all day. (I realize that if the flat was booked the day before it would have been impossible for them to accommodate us so there was some luck involved - but I was grateful that they were willing to be flexible on check in timing as not all hosts are!) The location was amazing - so close to the Grassmarket and Princes St with a gorgeous view of the castle. The flat was beautifully appointed with everything you could think of needing and very clean. I can't recommend this enough to anyone traveling to Edinburgh with a group.

Comfortable and large flat in a perfect location
