It’s located in a traditional Victorian townhouse only a 20-minute walk away from Princes Street and the famous Old Town. Edinburgh International Conference Centre is an 8-minute walk away and most of the city attractions can be easily reached either by foot or a short bus ride.
Rooms elegantly decorated in deep blue and yellow provide their guests with perfect comfort. Each studio room has a double bed, a private en-suite bathroom, a seating area with flat-screen TV, and a small kitchenette. The kitchenette includes a fridge, microwave, kettle and a small hob.
Coffee machine available in the coffee lounge.
Free toiletries, towels and linen are provided.
There is no reception as the hotel uses an easy self check-in and check-out system.
The kitchen and garden areas of the hotel are unfortunately out of use at the moment, we are very sorry for the inconvenience.
