「I'm purely reviewing this as a property to stay at while in Edinburgh. Obviously, it's a cool place with great views and everything interesting is less than 20 mins away, walking. I'll start with the fact the listing should explicitly state that there is another unit above it. It speaks to it vaguely, but should be expressed properly. The upstairs is loud. Very loud. You can hear every step taken, every time the water runs, and every word spoken. We had very loud neighbors the first 3 nights and...

「We had a wonderful stay! The location is absolutely the best in Edinburgh—right in the heart of everything and incredibly convenient for exploring the city. The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was fantastic and very responsive throughout our stay. He even graciously allowed us to check in early, which was greatly appreciated. We also accidentally left our AirPods behind, and he went above and beyond by mailing them back to us. We highly recommend this...

「Lovely apartment! Only complaints: difficulty opening one bedroom wimdow--instructions would help. It would have been good to know in advance about food waste composting and recycling opportunities on the street. Also, a top sheet and light blanket would have been good nice--the duvet alone was too warm.」

「Apartment was in a good location, near to several bus routes. Quite location. On entering apartment there were a few disappointments namely: soiled and torn carpet, damaged patch on living room wall, broken floor tile in bathroom, kitchen blind broken, short of crockery, only one wine glass, spare duvet soiled and no cover on it. Generally in need of some repairs. Expensive for four days but it was during The Fringe, any other time wouldn’t be happy to pay £1200+ for four days for this...

「Apartment was clean, comfortable, and quiet. It had everything we needed. It was actually better than the pictures. Beds were comfy! We absolutely enjoyed our stay! Walking to the train was easy, about 10 minutes. Walking to the store, restaurants, and beach were easy and not far at all. Adorable neighborhood with friendly locals.
