“This apartment (which is accessible from the outside but is in the basement which was not disclosed) is really well located for accessing all the sights especially if you like to walk. The Castle is 10 minutes; Grassmarket 10 minutes, etc. Apartment is very nicely appointed, good linens and sheets but has a bit of a weird layout. The bathroom is at one end of the house; the kitchen and living room look out over a back garden. We were surprised when we arrived that there were very little……
