总体来说还不错。我们六个人，三层公寓里有3个睡房，分别在一楼和三楼，二楼是厨房餐厅和客厅。非常适合家庭出游，我们在那里住了四天。公寓比较干净整洁，比较愉悦的体验！

A bit nosy at night

The location was quite difficult to find and actually is quite far away from the main attractions and train station. It was quite noisy from outside at night, it is clearly to hear what the people said when they were walking. Many people will visit the grave next to the apartment and make noise. The carpet was a bit dirty, but other things are okay. The kitchen are wonderful with clean tools and it's big. However, no one has come to help discard the rubbish and clean the apartment throughout our stay.

Everything was perfect!

Easy to collect keys (they stored keys in a lock box so you don't need to meet anyone), not a big problem when you travel with your luggage, this apartment are close to central and equipped with a lift. Every bedroom are ensuite, perfect when you travel with someone but still want to keep some privacy. Big living room and big kitchen, everything was perfect!

It was a terrible experience.

I arrived before 10pm but nobody is there. I call the contact number but nobody answer. I called hotel.com service hotline but they can't reach the hotel owner either. I tried everything but still can't get the access to my hotel which I have already paid in advance. I have to temperally look for another hotel in the midnight with my kid of 6 and my mother of 60.

Loved the location, it is just steps from the Royal Mile and lots of attractions. The Tolbooth Tavern nearby was a great find. The building itself is really good as well. There is are lot of stairs, but also a lot of space which was very good for our famiy stay. The building does need some updates (ie carpet on stairs looks dingy, and there are banged up walls in the stairway is likely from lots of travellers). Overall though we loved the well stocked kitchen, 4 bedrooms and bathrooms!! The main living room tv did not work and when I messaged the owner I did not hear back. Minor flaws overall and I would still recommend this property, or stay again.

Excellent accommodation.

I had booked an apartment but we ended up in a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom townhouse! In a great location, walking distance from Waverley station. Quality furnishings and bedding. Would definitely stay there again.

Great location but somewhat dated apartment

You are predominately paying for two things here - location and parking. Right in the centre of the city, the location can’t be faulted. The apartment however is somewhat dated and cheaply furnished. No outside ventilation in the bathroom makes it very stuffy. It’s also a bit of a squeeze if there are 4 full grown people staying! Good as a base for a short stay.

Royal Mile apartments

Excellent accommodation, was a bit confused getting the key at the start but that was down to my inability to bother reading the email, not the premises!! Would have liked more softness to deaden the echo. Everything is designed for easy clean so all laminate floors means very hollows and echos. Everything you needed to stay for a while in comfort.

Struttura in buona posizione a due passi dalla via principale di Old Town. Appartamento molto grande e attrezzato. Purtroppo non funzionava uno scarico del bagno (ma c'erano 4 bagni quindi non era un problema) e alcuni termosifoni erano rotti o mal funzionanti specialmente nei bagni.
