This is Self Catering fully separate studio Flat attached to our 3 Bedroom flat, with separate entrance which makes it fully private Studio Flat, you will have private kitchen with single induction hob and convection microwave with grill, Toaster, Kettle, coffee machine, Freeze Freezer, Many Utensils so that you can cook own your own in your separate kitchen. Ensuite wet bathroom with shower which have Massage Jet, Sink, Bidet, Hair Drier.

Your room has a very comfortable King size bed, wardrobe, Chest of Drawer, shelves and cupboard. One wall fitted folding table / Breakfast bar with 2 Breakfast stool. Unfortunately it does not have any Lounge / Living room as it is a studio Flat and Housekeeping not provided.

Flat is located in a lovely suburb of Edinburgh (Juniper Green village), a 20 minute bus ride to the city center. 20 minutes to the Pentland Hills National Park which is a beautiful area for walking, climbing or mountain biking.
Bus stop for bus no. 44 , 45 to city center just 2 mins walk from the flat Short cut through church garden to bus stop. Water of Leith (The Water of Leith is Edinburgh’s main river. It runs for 22 miles) is just walking distance for a nature's walking trip.

There are also takeaway menus for fish and chips, pizza, Chinese and Indian who will deliver to the door if you fancy a nice night in even although there is so much to see in Edinburgh. There is gas central heating throughout to ensure a lovely warm house no matter what the weather is doing outside. Getting There
Taxi from airport to here take about 15 mins,
Bus no. 400 from airport takes 35 mins and bus stop is just 10 mins walk from or place, Total time about 45 Mins

2nd Option with 1 bus change is also available from airport to Slateford station by 300 Skylink bus (Departing every 60 minutes Monday to Saturday (05:42 - 19:08) )and then from Slateford station take 44 bus to Balerno and get down at Foulis Crescent Stop, from this bus stop its just 2-3 Min walk.
Total time about 50 mIns, If you stop at Juniper Green Kirk (next stop to Foulis Crescent) you can walk through the Juniper green church garden to Woodhall Avenue as a short cut)

3rd option from Airport Stop A to Shandwick Place (Stop SC) - and change to Bus no. 44 to Balerno from Shandwick Place (Stop SF) to get down at Foulis Crescent - and then 2 mins walk to my place - Total time 60 mins. If you stop at Juniper Green Kirk (next stop to Foulis Crescent) you can walk through the Juniper green church garden to Woodhall Avenue as a short cut)
