“Excerllent experience at this hotel. There is playground for kids and varies of breakfirst. And also the hotel kitchen give the free dinner for kids. For the room, it is quiet and perfect enviroment. out of windows, you can look at the forest and sunset. thanks for the service of Holliday inn.”

“We stayed in this hotel many times. Good location, nice to have parking service and bus service to town in case you don't drive. Will go back again in our next trip. ”

“Few things need to improve in the toilet. The shower is not strong enough, water pressure is week. The door to toilet should change to a sliding door in order to make more room to the toilet.”

“the bed is large and soft,but there is no tooth.brush and.tooth paste in the bathroom.the bath tub is not.clean.enough.the breakfast is great but they serve.the same. thing everyday.it is good overall.”

“Bad experience ! First night the heater was not working but the supervisor just gave us a portable heater which is noisy and bothering us all night . Luckily the next day we asked them to give us a new room otherwise it would be a disastor . Room cleaning is ridiculously every three days . We asked them to do room cleaning the second day morning but when we returned to hotel around evening , the room was not done cleaning at all . What’s worse is that the supervisor gave us a lame excuse ,……

“Belford was my first night in Edinburgh and it was super chill. An easy walk from Haymarket station, the 24/7 check-in was really nice. I had a lovely private room (only 4 of those, so book early!) and the staff were super friendly and kind. It was a chill, well-stocked place right besides Dean Village and not far from West End and their nice bars and cafes. ”

“There is a parking lot onsite and on the street beside the hotel. Staff were very friendly. The place is run down but it is clear attempts are being made to improve things. One thing was the pump for the water was loud so be wary if you need a drink or a pee cuz that pump is gonna let everyone know you are up! ”

“At this reasonable price , it is good to stay. It is not so near the city centre, need to go for one station, but overall is good if budget is limited!”

“My family and I really enjoyed our stay at the Cumberland. The building was really neat, our room was large and comfortable, and it was extremely conveniently located to shopping and dining as well as public transit. The staff was friendly and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again. ”
