“Not the nicest hotel ever but was good enough for the one night we stayed. The beds were rock solid but the piano bar was cool”

“I don't normally have back problems, but I found the beds pretty hard and uncomfortable. I also woke up 3 mornings in a row to the staff vacuuming the hallway at 7:30am.”

“It was great place to stay for the price. It was convenient place to stay for the venue we needed to attend.”

“Very clean and spacious. Pillows and bed comfortable. Plenty of eating places around.”

“It was a quiet and cozy stay with a great location with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby within walking distance. Miles and John we're very helpful with the sign-in process. Will definitely stay again when we're back to Edmonton”

“Poor establishment”

“The staff were extremely kind. Anything I needed they provided for me. I asked them to do something special for my fiancé’s birthday and we came to Rose petals on the bed and a birthday cake made out of towels with a sign. I love that the pool is only for people ages 16 and over. Location was perfect for our event at Rogers place! I would absolutely stay there again”

“Booked this location because it has a pool, but it was closed. The fitness room was one of the smallest and least equipped I've ever seen at a hotel. Pretty sure the plastic cups in the room were reused, the wrapping was torn. The building had a strange smell - not in a good way. The breakfast was good, but the coffee was terrible.”

“The rooms were well furnished and clean, you can tell there has been some recent renovations and all the furniture is nice and everything well maintained. Easy parking and easy check in. Good location for walking downtown, we only had a short walk to rogers area. We did have a late check out approved, however we still had the cleaners knocking on the door, which was a little frustrating as they proceeded to let themselves into the room. I feel like the entrance way/front desk could be more……

“我们住的609房间里电梯很近，晚上电梯运行的噪音很大 影响我们休息。”

“Everything is ok. Location is awesome.”

“Great location close to many restaurants and shops. ”

“The room was clean, the staff were awesome. The casino was also fantastic, as were the prices in the restaurant and lounge. Water pressure in the shower was glorious!”
