“Camere pulite, personale disponibile, piscine pulite ogni giorno (ce ne sono 3 unite e due dall altra parte del resort), vasca idromassaggio gratis, animazione tutti i giorni, con all inclusive ovviamente colazione pranzo e cena, dalle 12:00 alle 17:00 panini, pizza e altro al bar della piscina ed in piu alcuni gelati confezionati disponibili, free drink (bevande locale come vodka rum etc), ci hanno permesso di rimanere anche dopo il checkout e abbiamo usufruito della piscina e del ristorante,……

“Clean rooms, staff, pool”

“Jaz Fanara Hotel, Ägypten Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis dieses Hotels ist im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels in Sharm El Sheikh schlichtweg katastrophal. Die Preise sind sehr hoch, jedoch wird dafür deutlich zu wenig geboten. Von den sogenannten „neuen“ bzw. teureren Zimmern ist absolut abzuraten. Alle drei Familien aus unserer Gruppe haben sich freiwillig downgraden lassen, da diese Zimmer 5–10 Minuten vom Strand entfernt lagen und somit äußerst unpraktisch waren. Positiv hervorzuheben ist das……

“The hotel is very large, but unfortunately it is not well maintained. Our room was in poor condition: the beds were old and sagging, the sheets felt rough and worn, and the toilet lid was broken. The shower was constantly dripping, and the glass door to the balcony wouldn’t lock—even though we were on the ground floor, which felt unsafe. The breakfast buffet offered a wide selection, but the quality was disappointing. Fortunately, we only stayed for one night.”

“We have reserved the sea view room but the receptionist gave us the standard room without informing us. I believed that he intended to foul us. After we further enquired, he upgraded us for an en-suite but the air conditioner in the room was not working well (Only fan but not cold). Although the mechanic tried to fixed for 15 minutes, it couldn’t work. I have called the receptionist again asking for changing the room because the AC was not working. The receptionist replied there was no empty……
