"Everything was excellent except one staff member who spoke to me with arrogance throughout my stay. He is at the front desk and his name is Ramses or something similar. When I first checked in he spoke to me with an arrogant tone and I was met with the same tone upon checkout. I didn't appreciate his attitude. Othe than that the hotel is what you would expect for that type of hotel. Other staff are friendly and helpful. "

"This is a clean, friendly, convenient place that's small but fantastic. GREAT value for the space and services. The staff members are young, friendly, and fluent in English. American University and downtown (Nile and many sightseeing attractions) nearby. Breakfast is made-to-order, not an impersonal "continental" layout. Lots of shopping, nightlife, and Metro within walking distance. The only caveat I would offer is that the tile of the floor of the shower is very slippery. I pointed this out when I checked out. Because the hotel is fairly new, they're making small adjustments as they learn of concerns like this from guests, so ideally, this point will be moot soon. "
"I had a fantastic stay at this beautiful hostel in Cairo! The building is a fully renovated 120-year-old home, and it’s absolutely stunning, full of charm and character. We stayed in a private room with a king-size bed and were wowed by the elegant chandelier that gave the space a special touch.
The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming throughout our stay, always ready to assist with anything we needed. The location is great too — close to Tahrir Square, which made it easy to explore the city.
One of the highlights is the peaceful backyard with a pool — a rare gem in Cairo and a perfect spot to relax after a day of sightseeing.
