“The overall facility was great. Clean, friendly, great swimming pool and around the clock front desk staff managing who enters.The individual rental unit was nice. The outdoor patio was terrific, and the sleeping/living quarters were fine, but could have been a bit cleaner upon arrival.Communication with the owner was lacking at best. Bottom line, it turns out the owner lives in New York and has a co-manager who lives near the rental property. There was much confusion about this relationship……

“We spent a month at the condo in Marbella and had a wonderful time. The few minor issues that we had were readily addressed by Bernie and everything was just as had been advertised. Bernie was very accessible when we needed to speak to him. Our biggest problem was not speaking Spanish, which made it difficult to communicate at times when speaking with workers at the resort or out in the community. Richard, who has the Calmado Blu and the car rental across the street was very helpful. He rented……

“Our stay was simply incredible. The condo has been recently refurbished with an artistic flare. We have traveled the world and stayed in a lot of rentals. This one was among the most well thought-out and equipped condo that we have experienced. A good example was the three AC units, a fully equipped kitchen and beach gear. The property manager was excellent and took care of our every need. The cove is uniquely positioned with a simi-private beach that makes you feel first class.”

“This property and Nicole were amazing. The location was unbelievable, with rooftop views of the marina and all of the best restaurants just steps away. Nicole reserved a ride to and from the airport for us, had a golf cart waiting when we arrived, and had Jasmine cook breakfast and keep the property clean while we were there. Everyone in the marina (especially the security guards) knows Nicole, and if you need anything, just tell them you are renting with Nicole, and they roll out the red……

“Drew communicated with us wonderfully. When we arrived, the property was neat and clean as a pin. Having mini splits in each bedroom allowed us to sleep very comfortably. The views of the river was beautiful and sitting next to the balcony with the windows open was a treat with the wind blowing thru the condo. I highly recommend staying with Drew. We will be back. ”
