“Pleasant surprise to be upgraded to a 2 bedroom. The condo was well designed with large terrace - perfect for the gorgeous view. Kitchen was well appointed with everything needed to cook meals and there was plenty of storage for clothing and personal belongings. Infinity pool was spectacular along with plenty of seating options.

“Too inconvenient. Inconvenient place, inconvienient service. We lived here for 2nights, Since our reservations were separated, they asked us to change the room at 12pm on the second day and the housekeeper can help us to put our luggage to the new room. Although it took us too much inconvienence, on the second day 12pm nobody came to my room to helped us. So I don't want to back to this Ritz Carlton hotel again. Awful experience.”

“A little quirky perhaps, and not our usual style, the stand out feature of this holiday was the hotel staff.
Yes, everything is spotless
Yes, the food offering was beyond for a hotel
But the staff go above and beyond at all times... they really make you feel very special.
Whilst the pool area can be a little cramped, we were able to nab ourselves an almost private island all day, every day... and switch off.
And being able to just walk into the pool in October without a grimace...……
