“We had a good stay at the hotel. The staff was nice and helpful. There was a weird smell when we first got there, I think it was cleaning chemicals. It was fine by the time we got back to the room after spending a few hours at main event. The breakfast and dinner was nice. Staff kept everything as clean as they could. We would definitely stay there again.”

“The quietness of the room and ease of parking. The lighting in the bathroom and rooms are terrible. You couldn’t see in the shower or anywhere to put your makeup on. You wouldn’t be able to read unless you had the curtain open which we couldn’t do being on the main floor with cars parked outside our window.”

“I booked a handicap accessible room with the rollin shower and the wheelchair did not even fit inside of the bathroom nor did we receive a roll-in shower like we reserved. My husband literally could not take a shower and had to hobble on one leg into the bathroom to even use the toilet what a joke of an accessible Hotel room. Also the supposed accessible room was on the opposite side of the hotel from the handicap accessible parking spots extremely inconvenient for accessibility.”

“We checked in quick- nice woman- asked about hot tub, pool hours- then breakfast. Room was spotless and smelled clean. Bed was medium and comfy. Spacious! Air conditioner took an hour to cool down. Locks on door made me feel safe and curtains are dark and close well. Breakfast was lovely and light!! Coolest pancake machine ever - automatic! Juice, bananas, yogurt, toast. Coffee. You do not need anything else! Price was good for value- recommend!”

“Everything was great except one MAJOR item. Both beds were worn out and caved in to the middle of the mattress like shallow ponds. Ridiculous for a hotel to have worn out mattresses knowing damn well that the main thing about staying at a hotel is good sleep and rest. Come on best western. Yall know better.”

“We loved it and wished we could stay longer! The room was simple but comfortable and clean. The beds were great. I appreciated the quite room across the hall with comfortable chairs and tables for playing games. The grounds were spectacular and unforgettable! And, we've never had a better breakfast anywhere. Our stay fed body, soul, and spirit. We can't wait to go back!!”
