"Customer service was lacking. No ice when asked because the restaurant was closed, at 9pm. Asked for 2 water bottles and was asked to pay $1.50 per bottle. "We always have a great time at Villa Vedici! Food is great, portions good and price fair. 2 swimming pools so the kids can splash and make noise in the salt water pool (with slides!) and not disturb the other guests.
