"I’ve stayed here a few times and always had a great experience so this bad stay was probably a one off. The valet said they would charge my car but they didn’t and they parked it on the street outside under a tree all night resulting in a bunch of bird poop (one whole side was covered in it). I’ll be honest in that I wasn’t expecting them to charge my car until they offered but if you say you’re going to do something just do it."

"This property looks great on paper. We couldn't use the green pool, the entire downstairs for gym, breakfast, business center though they had rescue air installed, was very hot. The usual breakfast was fine and gym equipment good and staff very nice and helpful. When leaving they did not give me the expedia credit and had to go back and charge it back in refund to me. Could be much better and we missed out on pool and just felt it wasnt up to expectations."
