“Everything is good”

“Staff was wonderful! The rooms are definitely old, strong smell of old smoke in the air. Odd setup of the room. Not quite inviting, yet not completely off putting. It was a safe place to spend the night. I’ve definitely stayed in worse and in better. Wouldn’t plan a long stay or plan to stay in the room more than just for basic sleeping and showering. ”

“the hotel here is very quick. only concern is the breakfast provided is too simple. lol”

“Parking and bar were decent. The mini split a/c was sporatic at best. Breakfast area coffee was usually non-existent. (8 o'clock) Pool & hot tub were great.”

“When we arrived my room was taken so we got a lower one I paid for a balcony a week ahead of time, we didn’t get told about the pool and hot tub was down so me and my kids were ready and had to pay some where to do something with them , someone spilled seeds out side the door we told them about it the day before we left as housekeeper were on the phones and didn’t clean it up until after we left, and then we would have to pay $16 a plate so um yeah , if we need a place to Silverthorne rec center……

“Parking with a truck and snowmobile trailer was horrible. I called the hotel in advance before booking and asked about parking. I was told they have bus and truck.trailer parking on site. This was NOT true! The lot is small and there were 10 abandoned cars also taking up spots making matters worse. If the person would have tols the truth I would never have stayed here! The hotel itself is worn out and well used. The front staff were all rude and one guy was only interested in watching his……

“Breakfast was so good and staff attentive ! It helped get us started for a good ski day! Thank you!! We used the hot tub each evening - appreciated the large size and hot tub towels. ”

“Unfortunately, our stay at the Hyatt Place in Keystone was a complete bust!! The main reason we booked was the beautiful hot tub with the mountain views, the restaurant on site and the proximity to A Basin. The hot tub was closed. But thankfully, they had a second one that was literally in the parking garage. Ground floor, no view, smells of exhaust as you would expect in a parking garage. The on restaurant at check in, she said would be open at five, decided not to open, which left us with……
