「I was excited when this hotel opened as the first in the area. My first visit was pleasant, so I expected the same experience, especially since the property is relatively new. Unfortunately, our room had a serious roach infestation, particularly in the corners. The extent of the problem made me question how it could have gone unnoticed. 「The lake was the only thing that caught my eye pulling up.. on the first night there were noises but not much to complain about. I tried calling to the desk and they couldn’t hear me nor could I hear them. Being that I had to drive home the next morning my wife and I didn’t have a chance to sleep. I think the...

「We arrived 45 minutes prior to the 4 pm check-in, and the room was not ready, no problem. We waited in the lobby. They had a check-in refreshment stand set up, but we weren't allowed to partake until we checked in; okay, fine. However, the wait time for our room went 30 minutes beyond 4 pm. The staff was incredibly rude; no Georgia hospitality to be found. They offered a shuttle to a nearby restaurant (it was pouring rain). Okay, great! The problem was that there was no return pickup (it was...
