Relax in the hot tub with a glass of wine, play games, or sit around the fire pit with friends and family. Enjoy the trails around the home and lake. You'll also enjoy the many amenities the gated community has to offer including hiking trails, tennis & basketball courts, and more. Welcome to Walnut Mountain!



The Space:

The home sleeps 10 comfortably with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and 2 living areas. On the main level you will find the living/kitchen area with a fully stocked kitchen and coffee bar, large patio with covered/uncovered seating, swing, and a gas grill. The main level is also where bedroom #1 is located with a queen size bed and a full bath. The living area has a gas fireplace with a reclining sofa. In the basement, you will find living area #2 with arcade style pac man and more! The basement is also where bedroom #2 is and has a queen bed and a bunk bed w/attached full bathroom. The top floor of the home is where the primary suite is situated and includes a king size bed w/ attached full jacuzzi bath, private enclosed patio and separate loft area with twin bunks and a futon for extra sleeping area.



Outside you will find the hot tub, fire pit, and multiple outdoor dining spaces. There is also a path that leads to the pond close by.



• Dogs Allowed on a case by case basis (max 2). $75 pet fee per pet. Please inquire w/ host before booking. Breed restrictions apply. No Cats allowed. Pet fee will be added to the reservation after booking for all platforms aside from Airbnb. Dogs are not allowed on furniture and must be kept in kennel at all times while left alone in unit.



All properties are contactless checkin. Please be sure to arrive to checkin between 4pm & 8pm. If you do arrive later, you will still be able to checkin but may not have assistance if needed. Checkin time is always 4pm unless approved in writing by management. If you book through Airbnb and edit your checkin time to be earlier than 4pm, you will not be able to checkin until 4pm.



If making a reservation with a same day checkin, checkin time is subject to change depending on cleaning schedule for that day.



Sorry, we do not host locals. Any local that books this property without contacting management first for approval will have the reservation canceled without refund.



⚠️ DISCLAIMER: One of the showers in the property is currently not functional. The other two showers are fully functional. We are aware of the issue and are actively working to have it fixed.

For reservations that are made through platforms other than Airbnb, and guest is entitled a refund, guest will be charged a 3% credit card processing fee that is deducted from their refund.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the whole home.

There are 4 day passes located in the home the get you access to all community activities.



The Neighborhood:

The home is located in the gated community of Walnut Mountain in Ellijay GA, only 20 minutes from Blue Ridge. The community offers a pool, basketball & tennis courts, hiking trails and much more. All roads in community are paved.



Please Note: Walnut Mountain is a mountain community. Some roads and the driveway to the home are steep and should be considered when booking. If you have any questions/concerns, please send us a message.



Other Things to Note:

- You may be asked to complete documentation such as a rental agreement or provide other information for Chady Property Management after booking reservation.

- Please do not re-stage or move any furniture during your stay to prevent damage and maintain the property’s condition.

- Smart TV's - login with your Netflix, Hulu & other subscription accounts.
