10/10 Excellent

"Great Stay with Minor Parking Drawback - We recently stayed for 3 nights at this hotel during our Miami Beach vacation and had an enjoyable experience overall. Location – Great location with close proximity to downtown Miami and Bayside Marketplace. Miami Beach is just about a 15-minute drive, which made it very convenient for us. Cleanliness – The hotel was very clean throughout our stay. Rooms and common areas were well maintained. Property Condition & Amenities – The hotel looks quite new with a modern and stylish design. Amenities were impressive, including a 24-hour coffee station which we really enjoyed, and a free ice vending machine on the 3rd Floor. The room was comfortable with cozy beds. The mini fridge was very useful for us. Hospitality – Front desk staff were friendly and helpful, making check-in and our overall stay smooth. Breakfast – (10/10) The buffet breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of options including breads, bagels, fresh pancakes, cereals, oatmeal, chicken & pork sausages, scrambled eggs, whole fruits, yogurt, and different juices. Parking (Only Downside) - The only drawback was the valet parking, which costs $35 per night. It is managed by a third-party company, and the hotel does not take responsibility/liability for any issues related to the vehicle. While the valet staff were generally responsive, it was somewhat inconvenient to access items from the car since we didn’t have the keys with us and had to request assistance each time."

"Absolutely not happy with my stay. Would not recommend and would not stay again. Very disappointing experience. Frequently traveling but this didn’t even meet the minimum expectations. - breakfast was nothing like advertised, very poor selection, absolutely disappointing - pool milky and not inviting, couldn’t use - you can hear everything from the neighboring rooms. They flush the toilet you hear it. They talk you hear it - very noisy during the night. People in the hallway yelling/laughing/messing around loudly - sketchy location - people hanging out in the parking lot, you can also hear them from your room. Makes me feel uneasy, also about leaving my car"

"We were coming every month weekeng for some time and unfortunately it was our last stay. We were coming not because of location, food or resort itself. We were coming because of cabanas. Today we were informed that from now on cabanas is not included on weekend stay. Now we have to rent it separately. Let me tell you, we never saw the line outside of cabanas . Most of the time it was max 3 occupied. So, what is the reason for loosing customers? Hopefully it will work for you, because for us- it upsetting, but we already found the place for next month."

"A wonderful stay!! Thoughtful additions like chairs to sit on right outside your door or tropical looking tables and chairs super close by. Breakfast was awesome!!!! And the breakfast area was clean!! But that mattress- I have NEVER wanted to take a hotel mattress home with me but that was the first thing I told my husband when I woke up!!! A great place- we will return and recommend to our friends!!!!"
