Ok

The property was spotless clean and as advertised but we did not appreciate to spend so much money and have people coming and going (pool cleaners, gardeners, etc) all the time without us having a day or having to get and drop the keys downtown ourselves.

Maison correspondant à l´annonceVous y trouverez tout ce que vous avez besoin propre surveillance de la piscine et jardin faite correctementles demandes faites à l’agence ont été vite satisfaites . On n´a pas eu de chance quant au calme car travaux sur la petite route pendant une semaine , sinon ça aurait pu être plus plaisant et tranquille.

Gefallen hat mir die Ruhe und doch sehr nahe an Denia DasHaus hat einen sehr schönen Pool und einen schönen Garten zum ausruhen. Das Meer ist nur ein Paar schritte vom Haus entfernt. Verbessern kann man immer etwas aber für denn Urlaub im Spätjahr sollte man bessere Betten und auch eine Sofa wo man gut sitzen kann

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la région. Communication avec Carlos Ferrien parfaite, très réactifs aux mails. Concernant la maison aucune déception, tout était fidèle aux photos. Propreté impeccable, très bien équipée. Les extérieurs au top, très bien entretenus et piscine impeccable. Merci à toute l'équipe. Je recommande vivement !!!

Vacaciones de descanso y tranquilidad

Tras una semana de vacaciones allí, os comento mis impresiones. La limpieza de la casa es de 10, todo muy limpio. La casa está equipada al completo. Las habitaciones, los baños y la cocina son amplios. El salón está muy bien los sofás, lastima la tele, en alemán y no se veían todos los canales de tv. La piscina y el jardin muy limpios y cuidados, vinieron una mañana a darle un repaso a ambas cosas Las almohadas de las camas no eran muy cómodas El servicio de la televisión, en alemán y muchos canales no se veían porque fallaba la antena

Séjour au top

Nous avons adoré notre séjour. La villa est bien aménagée et équipée. La piscine est top. Il y a 1 salle de bain pour chaque chambre, ce qui est très pratique. On se sent comme chez soi dès notre arrivée. Très bon accueil à l agence Carlos Ferrien. La maison n a pas de vis à vis, la rue est très calme( peu de passage). La plage au bout de la rue est en galets mais à 200m il y a une plage de sable. Dénia est à 15 min de route mais il y des des commerces et restos à 5-10 min en voiture. Le seul bémol est le matelas de la chambre parentale qui commence à fatiguer, mais malgré des pb de dos j ai quand même bien dormi. Nous gardons l adresse et reviendrons sûrement.

La casa esta fenomenal para 4 personas es buenisima, la piscina de lujo y el personal de mantenimiento un lujo tambien. Por poner una pega una playa en condiciones cerca de la casa tienes que irte a 3 km.

Pied à terre parfait

A 2 pas de la mer, entre Valence et Alicante, la maison est tres près de la mer. Nous avons eu la chance de rencontrer le couple belge qui tient Sport et Évasion à 200m de la maison (location de bateau et de paddle pour nous). La climatisation dans les chambres est très appréciable. Literie confortable. Cuisine bien équipée. Piscine chaude et bien entretenue. Pas de vis-à-vis. Bref le compromis parfait pour nous.

Maison idéale pour une famille de 4 personnes ou deux couples pour 15 jours . A 150 m d'une plage de galets et 400m environ d'une grande plage de sable fin . Véhicule nécessaire pour aller au supermarché à 3 km (petite supérette à 1km). Quartier calme. Décoration, aménagement neutre.
