“I had a brilliant stay at Katie’s Cottage. The owner was very kind to me before and during my stay and communicated with me very kindly. The cottage is in a great location, quiet and peaceful. The cottage is immaculately clean and very spacious. The bed was comfortable, heating instant and shower powerful. I really enjoyed having two smart TVs upstairs and downstairs to relax with during my time inside the cottage. Stunning views and walks from the doorstep too. I enjoyed the personal touch of a……
“Great cottage. Clean , comfortable with everything we needed and more. Lovely sitting out area at the back. Fabulous decor with some quirky bits throughout. Friendly village with a couple of pubs and village shop. Plenty to do round about. Highly recommended and will definitely return.”
“The Devonshire Arms hotel is a really lovely place to stay. The room had everything we needed including a fridge and ironing board. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Super breakfast though there was no gluten free cereal available.”
“Our stay at the Craven Hiefer hotel The room was very tired looking ,Stains on the carpet, the sheets on the bed. The lady that we saw briefly one morning was asked to replenish the tea, coffee, didn’t happen she didn’t vacuum one day she didn’t even wipe the sides unfortunately the room we had let it down badly but it was room 13 😱 Now the staff in the hotel were absolutely wonderful we couldn’t have……
“I didn't realise this was on a holiday park so maybe my bad there. I was picturing country pub.
Lots of noise outside. Then an alarm went off at 3am for ages.
The restaurant food wasn't great for the money... But great breakfast and lovely pool.”
“The room was immaculate, staff were lovely and friendly and so helpful.
The food was hot tasty and such good value for money.
Will absolutely be back. Thank you for making us so welcome”
“Food was very ,good staff very helpful, rooms are what you would expect in a very old building only issue was the toilet seat was broken and not fixed in the time we were there.”
“Great communication from the owner prior to arrival with details of local places to visit and eat.
Lovely welcome on arrival. Room was clean, comfortable and very spacious and the surroundings were beautiful. Breakfast was fantastic. Will definitely return and would highly recommend.”
“Wat een geweldige plek. Het hotel hoort bij een fantastisch restaurant en de kamers zijn van dezelfde hoge kwaliteit. De omgeving Yorkshire Dales is ook prachtig. Een mekka voor wandelen en fietsen”
"Harrogate is a nice place to visit. And Yorkshire is well located in front of nice greening and very handy to a lot of shops and restaurants. The breakfast is very nice with nice view. I would definitely want to come visit again "
