The living area has a large Flat Screen TV and DVD player. Master Bedroom #1 has a King Bed, Flat Screen TV, DVD Player, Full Bath with rain shower and dressing area, and direct access to the deck. Bedroom # 2 has a Queen Bed and a Shared Full Bathroom right outside of the door. Bedroom #3 has 2 Twin Beds, TV, and access to the Shared Full Bathroom directly outside of the door.

(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
