Professional, informative, kind, a fantastic representation of your facility. The gentleman that was working at the baggage cart section the evening of our check in was also beyond incredible! Both gentleman were outstanding! The casino was clean and we had an absolutely fantastic time. Definitely will be back! 」

「It's okay, but it doesn't make sense to have no heating in the guest room this season. I asked the receptionist, and they didn't admit it. But that's okay. I'm only staying with my family for one night. I think there will be cold air in summer.」

「Room was clean, check-in/out process was seamless, proximity to mountain and nearby establishments was great. Only downside was the beds were a little uncomfortable and may need some updating 」

「The room was clean and in good order. The desk clerk checked me in quickly, with courtesy, and provided information regarding where things were on the premises. I live only a few miles away, booked the room last minute as my home heat was not working. I would have been delighted to find this level of accommodation if I had been traveling. Very pleased with my stay!」
