「We arrived quite late in the evening and were very lucky to meet the very pleasant and helpful receptionist as they were leaving. We might not have been let in if we had missed them. It wasn't made clear in the booking form that a telephone number was needed by the hotel to contact late arriving guests. Breakfast was great and the dining-room decor fun. Staff all helpful.」

「The hotel itself is looking a bit tired but our room was spotless and clean. The staff were so lovely and helpful. The buffet breakfast was hot and tasty. The location is amazing. Fantastic place to stay if u don't want to spend loads of time in the hotel.」

「Beautiful historic mansion. We walked thru nearby parks to the riverfront for lunch. The outdoor restaurant at Orange Grove was very pleasant for an evening dinner and happy hour. The admiral lounge is very comfortable while waiting for pickup to go to the airport or cruise ships.」

À la carte breakfast was also very good but there was no fruit offered which I was disappointed with. Times were also a little tight from breakfast, dinner, room cleaning and checkout but it was a small hotel so this is understandable. I would definitely stay here again. Thankyou.」
