Incredible vacation spot

Stayed for a few nights during our son's travel hockey tournament, and this place was everything we could have asked for and more. Clean and spacious, with absolutely gorgeous views of the ocean. We're already hoping his team goes back to San Diego next season so we can stay here again!

The home is lovely, just as described. We have stayed in several homes in the area and will definitely return to this one. Host was great and very responsive. Great area, easy beach access, and walking distance to coffee, shops, and restaurants.

I 100% loved this place! The ocean view was incredible and the house is stocked and clean and spacious and just perfect. Communication was smooth and simple and very welcoming. I will 100% be back! It was a perfect long weekend :)

Incredible location

We couldn’t have asked for a better location. We weren’t far from any of the attractions we were visiting and restaurants were close by too. We loved the quiet street it is located on too. It is a one way street active with walkers and joggers. Then there is the ocean view! We enjoyed an incredible sunset each night while listening to the soothing sound of the crashing waves. Check in was flawless and the property managers were very helpful and just the right amount of attentive.

Potential is there for a tremendous property worthy of the price. As is, you're paying for a 3 1/2 star place in an incredible location.Fixable issues that keep it from being amazing (below).POSITIVES:Excellent location!Epic view; Super close to shops/eats on 101; Beaches- 5 min walk to Beacon's, 10 to StoneSteps, 20 to Moonlight/downtown Encinitas (Would be helpful to have these details in listing)Comfortable furnishings, linens & kitchenGood beach gear - Towels, surf & boogie boards, chairsMgmt Co was very responsiveFYI - there appears to be an EV-capable plug in the garage (it's not listed, so I didn't bring my cable)ISSUES:Master bedroom needs work.
