Overall the house is lovely. Felt like a dream. We saw dolphins every morning and beautiful sunsets in the evening. Everything a short walk or short drive away. Hosts communicated well, resolved issues quickly, and provided great amenities.

Breath taking view

The property is set in an ideal location in Encenitas. The view of the ocean especially at sunset is beautiful! There is everything you need and it all works perfectly. The beds are super confortable. Great A/C and central heating. Close to the beach, coffee shop, small local grocery and many more. We had a great stay, thak you!

Great property location, walking distance to everything. View of the ocean is perfect. The master bathroom shower door is broken. There are coffee machines but no coffee pods or coffee grounds. It was a nice property and enjoyed our time there.

Encinitas Beach Get Away

Overall this is a good place to take your family. The location is amazing and the views are incredible. BEWARE, the primary suite bathroom is just not acceptable. Don't plan on taking a shower in the shower, it is tiny and I have been in larger showers in RV's. However, the area is vibrant and you can walk to many restaurants, bars, coffee shops, shopping etc. Overall the place just needs a little updating.

Stunning views & amazing location

Loved our stay at this little home on Neptune. Photos definitely are not indicative of the state of the home though - the place is more run down than it seems and the photos are definitely taken on wide angle, especially on the room with the bunk bed. The master shower is horrendous, we didn't even use it once, and the fixtures are old/unstable. I wouldn't recommend this place for young kids (was fine for crawling baby but lots of rusty metal in bed frame, chair bolts, etc). On the POSITIVE side, the views make up for anything the home lacks. The neighborhood is awesome for lots of walks and nearby coffee/food. The management team was great to communicate with (over text) and very helpful when we needed some adjustments to our reservation.

The views were amazing along with the weather! The beds were very comfortable along with the furniture. It could have been cleaner bit it was ok. Also there was absolutely no kitchen extras as in foil or cooking oils etc but they warn you of that. Also there are no beach chairs or toys so you need to prepare for that. It’s a great location with so many great restaurants within walking distance. Don’t miss the Lucadia farmer’s market on Sunday. It’s great. Overall it was a wonderful trip and hopefully will be back.

San Diego beach-front property. The view and cool breeze is amazing. We stayed for 8 nights. It’s a short walk to the neighborhood surfers beach or you can drive to Moonlight in less than 5 minutes, where there are smaller waves, a snack bar, playground and showers. We walked to dinner and coffee shops. The house came with all of the necessary amenities. I like that there were 3 full bathrooms.

The property is in a great location right on the coastal bluffs with stunning views north and south. Wonderful sound of ocean waves crashing! The house was clean and well equipped with comfortable beds and pillows. A tad rundown due to proximity to the ocean. And only odd thing is that the property is a duplex and shares a wall with an adjoining five or six bedroom rental, which has access to the larger patio shown in the photos for this unit.
