We loved our stay in Encinitas! It was a quick 10 minute walk to the beach. The home itself was perfect for our needs. We had fun in the area riding bikes on the Pacific Coast Trail, hiking Annie's trail, enjoying the beautiful backyard and hot tub of the unit. It was lovely. There are plenty of delicious restaurants around too.

Excellent Getaway in Encinitas

We had a fantastic stay at this VRBO rental in Encinitas! Just a short walk to the beach and local shops, it was the perfect location. The space was clean, spacious, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable getaway. The easy check-in process made our arrival seamless. Highly recommend for a relaxing vacation!

Torre Pines Celebration

We loved this property! Beautiful yard for the kids to play in, and the property accepted dogs. The inside of the house was beautiful and easily accomadated all of us. The kitchen was spacious and fully equipped for our needs. Beautiful neighborhood, easy to get to the highway and to Torre Pines!

Awesome HQ for the family!

We had an amazing time at the property. Great place for the family to unwind after 12 hour days at the track meet. Property was clean and had everything we needed. Management staff was excellent! Only down side was our stay was too short.

Hot tub needs maintenance

My biggest issue was with our hot tub. It didn’t have any chemicals for maintenance, so we were only able to use it once before it looked cloudy and had a smell.The house was spacious. Decent location.

Great stay for my family!

Everything was super organized and wonderful with the house. Management was fantastic. Cannot think of thing i would change. Highly recommend this to a bigger family looking to be near the beach and be well attended to.

The property was great. We had a delay on a few questions prior to arrival that took a couple of follow up attempts to get answered. Other than that, the property was as advertised. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to friends.

Family Trip to San Diego Area

Property was clean and easy to get to from the highway yet felt private on the end of dead end street. House was nice with all bedrooms upstairs and all living and kitchen downstairs. Size of the living area was quaint and adequate but not large. Kitchen was a bit dated with looks and appliances but served us perfectly fine for what we needed. Back yard is fairly small with minimal yard area but again worked just fine for our needs. I would recommend and stay there again if we took similar trip in the future.

Family reunion

The house is on a lovely culdesac. Neighborhood has access to shopping and highways. For the most part we thought the house was lovely, but a few small upgrades would be appreciated by renters. Electrical outlet in the master bedroom has only one working outlet. The master bathroom shower needs an upgrade in the grout and shower door. Very minor but update would be great.

Property mgmt. co. was very slow and misleading in responding to problems with the property, especially with the hot tub problems not fixed until the 5th day of our 8 day stay. The hot tub was the deciding factor in our choice of the property, after we were assured beforehand that it was in good operating condition. We also had a lot of trouble with the thermostat during all of our stay and keeping the house cool and reported it with not much satisfaction. It got better for a day but then back to malfunction all week.The internet went out and it took days to have the tech come out. Our phones and computers did not work.We also had to let the management know that the air fryer was broken and a lamp in the master suite was not working. I also sent a picture of an outdoor yard lamp by the hot tub that was broken. These were not resolved.We reported all of these things and got the same reply that “ We are sorry for your inconvenience” and then we waited and had to inform them again. This has been a very disappointing and upsetting rental expense.Also, we were promised compensation review for our issues after we left the premises.I also asked for the property manager him or herself to call me personally, which never happened.
