Villa Marie, Encounter Bay

Great views, reasonable privacy from neighbours, property large enough for 5 adults, some cleanliness issues with dirty windows for our stay along with dirty kitchen floor by fridge, mould in second bedroom and carpet behind door and on skirting board outside bedroom, unclean floor underneath reclinersScreen doors (all) not seen and almost walked into when closed over - not very highlighted when closed

Property is a little dated, the water damaged skirting boards and musty smell in the 2nd bedroom needs to be fixed asap. Location and view is great. We had a need of an ambulance and finding an outdoor light switch wasn't clearly labelled.Sorry we had to come home soon due to the medical emergency, was disappointed we couldn't get more that our bond back or a discount for a future stay would have been appreciated.

Excellent holiday experience

The property was beautifully presented and spacious in every way. The view over the bay was just wonderful and made the stay even more enjoyable. Very impressive indeed!

Great view and location, but.....

The house is located on a very good location with amazing view to Encounter Bay and Victor Harbour, however the property was not very clean and we found some used tissues in a bed. Other issue is that the kettle was not working. Overall the house has a very good potential but will need a bit more effort on cleanliness from the owners.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very average as the property has a very good location It's very dated and worn not clean no working toaster. Dirty windows and the BBQ Area is full if garden rubbish and leaves

Beautiful views of the coast

On line experience was good apart from the confusion over whether linen was supplied. Listing said it was and confirmed by phone call but on arrival no linen was present.

Pet-friendly property with amazing views located in Encounter Bay minutes from the beach, check-in process with simple and place had ample room for the 4 of us. Dogs loved the back-yard.
