「可以提前跟飯店約好車站到飯店的接送，但是要提早至少一兩天寫信或是要直接打電話，我們因為抵達時間沒有確定所以沒先約，當天出發前才寫信詢問，結果等到我們隔天都坐火車離開了飯店才回信。但是有直接跟櫃台約隔天送到火車站，很方便。 房間很大，有嚇到。有玄關區，也有很大的衣櫃， 三人房很寬敞連帶衛浴也是像飯店四件式，噴砂玻璃隔一間廁所，一間淋浴，另外有浴缸。衛浴區是用木門隔音較佳。 早餐中規中矩，很舒適的飯店」

「Beautiful stay in a very special location. One thing they don't make clear (or else I missed it!) is that your funicular ticket to get to and from the hotel is included, so you need to tell them at the ticket window at the bottom of the slope that you are staying in the hotel. My only criticisms are the uncomfortable blocky foam sofa in the room and lack of tea/coffee making in room. Had to go to the lounge at the end of the corridor and it was messy and unstocked from the day before. However,...
