「We didn’t stay! The building was very rundown and communal areas were dirty and it had furniture stacked about the place and nothing like the pictures. The communal toilets were filthy. After walking down various corridors and through doors to access my room the pin code wouldn’t work. I went to find our friends and there was a used syringe on the stairs. Thats when I felt i couldn’t stay. I felt quite uncomfortable in the surroundings. The other room was tatty, dirty and the carpet had stains...

「Newly built hotel with modern very clean design. Rooms with sea view have a spectacular view. Great location on bus route around Torbay. Breakfast and dinner of good standard. Staff are very efficient, attentive and pleasant. One thing to note is the £15 per day car parking fee.」

「Had a lovely night away. Room was clean and nice to have a fridge with fresh milk for coffee etc. Breakfast was delicious and lots of choice. Outside areas are great for relaxing and nice to have an outside pool. In a quiet area but within walking distance to the beach, train station and town. Great hosts. Would definitely recommend. Thank you. 」

「No lift to rooms, only a mature female was available, she offered to take luggage. No fridge in the room and no iron in the room. Had to carry iron and ironing board from reception to the bedroom. Not a great choice for vegetarians.」
