“Fantastic property in great location. Comfortable bed and sofa bed. Spotless clean. Safe gated courtyard with key code access shower and hairdryer were great! Everything you’d need other than a fan for when it’s really warm. Still 5 star review though.faultless !! ”

“We looked at so many different places to stay, this being our first time in Torquay. Boy did we pick the right spot. Breathtaking views, and despite being an older building, everything was in order. Spaceous apartment with everything we needed, fabulous sourroundings and amenities. The "Ocean view" bar was hard to leave... and the pool was in use every day by our kids. We would love to come back !”

“The Shearling is a lovely peaceful haven next to Shearstone Farm. The barn was very comfortable and spacious and had everything you would need. The scones, jam and clotted cream were delicious and we had fresh eggs and milk too. We saw the deer, rabbits and I spotted a beautiful dragon fly. It was a shame we were busy with family not to enjoy more of this haven. Sue and Ron were excellent hosts. Would recommend to our family and friends. We loved Dartmouth such a lovely town with individual and……

“Beautiful property, perfect for extended family of 14 aged from 18 months to 81. Lovely evenings spent eating outside with views of countryside. We all loved the pool and hot tub. Very clean and well equipped. Owners incredibly friendly and accommodating. ”

“We rented a one bed flat at Vomero apartments in July 2025 and found it to be a gem of a period property with outstanding views from the balcony overlooking Torbay. The town is accessible. Louise and Sean were considerate hosts with fantastic quality of service. Highly recommend. ”

“The lodge is very well equipped with lots of little extras like cooking oil, games, DVDs etc. The beds are very comfy and sleeps 5 people really well. The site is very quiet and has a kids play area. Easy to walk to East Soar and then to the coast path or to Overbeck Gardens & down to South Sands to catch the ferry to Salcombe. ”

“Amazing location with stunning views. Even the none intrusive train line adds to the location.Pleanty to do and lovely walks along the coastal path to Ansteys Cove and beyond. The Sea Train trip from Torquay is a favourite of ours.”

“We stayed at Church View for our annual family holiday. The house was spacious for the 10 of us with lots of space to socialise and play games. The beds were super comfortable and the patio area with ample seating and BBQ was a great addition! The town and beach were a short walk away - making it an ideal location. We would recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay by the coast. ”

“Our 3rd visit to Oyster Cottage, this time for a full week. As before, excellent location and all that we would want for a stay. We particularly like the layout of the cottage with the living area being on the 1st floor with views over the green and out across to Teignmouth. ”

A fabulous space even with 3 teenagers. But the piece de resistance has to be the view! We could have sat on that deck all day every day and never moved! It was mesmorising.
