“One of the nicest hotels I have stayed in. It’s a lovely traditional hotel building (1920s shall we say?) which has been beautifully renovated and refurbished. Both the big picture and the small details are delightful. Staff service was friendly with a real sense of team and purpose. I haven’t mentioned the small outdoor pool (constant 27c) or hot tub simply because I didn’t use them this time! I can’t remember what I paid for my one-night visit but it was a bargain, and I would be very happy to……

“This is a fantastic hotel to stay in. The owners Jane and John go above and beyond to make your station enjoyable. The decor is beautiful and very in keeping with the age of the hotel. All the bedrooms are individually designed with a great deal of style and thought. There is a pretty terrace overlooking the garden and ample parking. It is a 4 minute walk downhill to the harbour and many restaurants. Breakfast are amazing, far better than any 5 star hotel that we have stayed. Many of the guest……
