All staff were very courteous and helpful. The rooms were absolutely fantastic. We had a sea view room and it was just lovely to look out across and see the pier and all the ships sheltering from bad weather in the Bay. And the breakfast in the morning was just lovely to sit down and enjoy a good standard.

Breakfast was sometimes a bit manic but the staff and food were great in the main. Our only real gripe was that there were far too many dogs in the restaurant at breakfast, virtually every guest seemed to have one big and small! The only other gripe was that we had a room with a lovely sea view but we couldn’t see it very well because the windows were so dirty. Expensive for car parking £15 per night!

This is a very new hotel, which is reflected in the quality of everything within. Service excellent, food for both breakfast and dinner was also excellent, albeit menu fairly limited. Only criticism was unable to book in early despite space being available.

Lovely short stay for us when visiting our daughter. The staff were very helpful and did everything to make our stay comfortable. We unexpectedly needed a wheelchair on the second day of our visit which was provided for us and which ensured we could still have a most enjoyable day. Thank you.
