"The room smelt like mold & mildew. I had to get ready in the bedroom because the bathroom smelt so bad "

"Everything was super great except the grass area this time was not well taken care of so it was quite messy. "

"This property was great! Great location! The owner was quick to respond if we had questions, etc. The are felt very safe.The only thing I would complain about is there is not a parking spot for this unit. You have to find street parking or pay in lots nearby. "

"The staff was very attentive in the room felt clean. The AC shouldn’t be any lower than 73 because then it gets very loud. And I would ask for a top story room in the future because between the floors there’s not much sound barrier and we had somebody upstairs who was clearly an insomniac and we didn’t get any sleep as a result. I would not stay here again, based on the noise. For reference we were on a ground floor room in the back of the hotel."

"Cozy place!"

"The place was immaculate. It was great to have beach cruisers available to ride although we didn't have time to do that. Good location within walking distance to beaches and the Fun Zone. Would have loved to use the deck but it was a bit too windy in March. We did hear the people in the other unit clomping around but it wasn't too bad. We had three cars so two had to park on the street but we had no trouble finding parking. Worked well for our group of six. Beds were comfortable. Bring eyeshades for sleeping though because all the blinds are white and don't block out much light, especially in the AM. A/C worked great."
