Our stay at the holiday home in Epse was just what we needed! The sauna was a fantastic way to unwind after a long day exploring the beautiful Gorsselse Heide, We loved spending evenings on the terrace, enjoying the peaceful surroundings, The well-equipped kitchen made it easy to prepare meals, and we appreciated having bicycles available to explore the area, Highly recommend this cozy getaway!

Het huisje is prachtig gesitueerd met een mooie bostuin rondom. De sauna werkt goed en de elektrische fietsen zijn fijn. Het huisje zelf is oud met veel mankementen en slecht onderhouden. Buiten stonden overvolle vuilnisbakken waar de maden uit kropen. Het slot op de achterdeur werkt niet naar behoren en ik vraag mij af of de elektrische bedrading en gastoevoer veilig zijn. Dat de rookmelder werkt als je het raampje in de douche niet ver genoeg open zet merkten we. Dat dan weer wel. Als je het niet erg vindt, dat er minimaal elke tien minuten een trein voorbij de achtertuin raast, heb je het hier best naar je zin. Maar eigenlijk is de prijs die voor dit huis gevraagd wordt, te hoog.

Zag later alle mankementen op internet, maar die zijn er blijkbaar al vanaf 2023, waar dus niets aan is verbeterd. 1e Slaapkamer zit geen deur in, 2e slaapkamer heeft 1 1-persoons bed, van 2e bed ligt matras op de grond. Veel te duur verblijf voor zo'n NIET-LUXUEUS huis

We zijn met twee personen en drie hondjes een weekend in dit huisje geweest, we hebben er heel erg van genoten. Het huisje is super compleet, echt alles is aanwezig, de ligging , tuin en omgeving zijn ook geweldig. Voor 4 personen zou t wel erg krap zijn. De inrichting is erg gedateerd, maar alles doet t wel. Klein nadeel : de trein raast een paar keer per uur (overdag) vlak langs de achtertuin . Groot voordeel : een flink ongemak met een kapotte sleutel werd, op zaterdag na 5en, snel en adequaat opgelost.

Huis was schoon en netjes. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Sauna was heerlijk. Mooie rustige omgeving. Fijn om te wandelen en te fietsen. 1 nadeel...vlakbij een spoor en de trein komt om de 15 minuten ofzo voorbij.
